Key Features and What They Mean:
Pictured: 1-Step Programme1-Step Programme: Available only on the C2ms/Classic and C2ms/Super Traditional (ST) (in conjunction with the included milk system) this 1-Step option enables milk foam to be directly poured into the cup at the press of a button. The milk comes from a refrigerated element, up through the machine to be steamed, aerated and dispensed through the spout into the cup with no human intervention necessary.
1.5-Step Programme: Available only on the C2ms/Classic and C2ms/Super Traditional (ST) (in conjunction with the included milk system) this latest innovation from Eversys allows the machine to separate the dispensing of the milk and the espresso products, providing a milk foam dispensing arm that enables you to automatically create the perfect foam at the same time as your espresso is being poured into your cup. This programme enables you to create latte art with no barista and is also waste conscious as it only uses the exact quantity needed.
Pictured: 2 Step Programme2-Step Programme: Available on all Cameo models the Eversys Everfoam steam wand presents you with 3 different ways to achieve your desired milk texture: The first, is to manually steam and aerate the milk; The second, is to aerate and steam the milk with the support of a temperature probe, making the wand stop when it has completed its job at the correct temperature; The third and final option, is to leave a milk pitcher underneath the steam arm, and at the press of a button the machine will do all of the work for you.
Dual boilers: Separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production.
Temperature control: Dedicated coffee boilers, separate from the water/ steam boiler, provide productivity and temperature stability, essential parts of in-cup quality.
Grinding: Eversys designed ceramic blades driven by a powerful yet quiet motor, whose heat is cleverly channelled away from the coffee beans, to maintain their quality, via a set of fans. Electronic control maintains consistency of product throughout the day, ensuring optimal extraction at all times.
E'Levelling & Tamping: Automatic Levelling is the ability to initiate a movement to the brewing chamber, create a vibration which enable the powder in the chamber to spread more evenly, resulting in more consistent puck density/distribution meaning cleaner shots, and higher extractions with virtually no channeling.
You can think of The 24 -gram electronically tamped brewing chamber and aforementioned auto leveling as an automated version of both aspinning coffee distributor and WDT tines method — resulting in more consistent puck density/distribution and cleaner shots with higher extractions.
Brewing: Reverse gravity extraction vertical infusion optimizes powder efficiency as the espresso is produced.
Milk Frothing: Milk is frothed with steam in the one-step system, promoting flavor as well as texture, mirroring the barista experience.
